About SilverLining

Carmen Franke established SilverLining in 2014 and has worked with many people to improve their lives and wellbeing.

SilverLining offers:

• NDIS Therapy Services as a Developmental Educator or Counsellor.
• Clinical Supervision for Developmental Educators, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Counsellors working with people with a disability.​

Carmen Franke has 30 years' experience in leadership and practitioner roles, working in disability, mental health, refugee services, youth programs, research and project management. Carmen is a qualified and registered Counsellor (Master of Science, Graduate Diploma in Counselling) registered with the ACA (Level 4). Carmen is also trained as a Developmental Educator (Master in Disability Policy and Practice) and registered as a full member with the Developmental Educator Association Incorporated (DEAI). Carmen has qualifications in training and development, mental health and case management. 

Carmen is also the Director and Practitioner of Evolve Behaviour Support offering NDIS Behaviour Support Services.
