Carmen offers resilience and wellbeing consultancy and training for organisations. The goal is to support organisations to develop strategies that promote mental health and wellbeing for staff and clients. A strategy plan will be developed with you based on your organisational needs and may include training programs, leadership development and/or individual coaching. Interventions are strengths-based, values driven and use evidence-based frameworks like the PERMA framework developed by Martin Seligman, a leading researcher in the field of positive psychology.
